The Big Ass Group Show Entry Fee

This is your submission for The Big Ass Group Show at Vaughn Gallery. The show will open on Friday, January 13th at 6pm and run through January 26th. Space is limited! Open call to ALL artists. Your $25 fee is non-refundable and will go toward expenses for the group show opening. Artwork MUST be dropped off and picked up in the time windows given. Vaughn is not responsible for artwork left after February 1st.

By submitting this application you agree to a typical gallery split (50/50) if your piece sells- price your work accordingly. All sales will be run through Vaughn and payouts made to artists within 45 days. Only one piece may be submitted by each artist. IMPORTANT: if your work is larger than 30" length or width you need prior approval to submit (Text Rachel 512-970-2602). There is VERY limited space for sculpture works and only 5 will be accepted. Space is first come-first-serve and submissions will close when at capacity. Works on paper must be framed, and canvas works must be stretched. Proper hanging hardware (wire, etc) must be installed prior to drop-off.
