Austin-based artist Rachel Drake's abstract works are created with an informed intuition and reflect an emotional response to her subjects, whether an ode to golf—her favorite sport—or a reflection on society at large. Primarily working in watercolor, acrylic, and inks on either paper or linen canvas, Drake's work is at once dynamic and soft.
